The Florida Department of Agriculture, Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness, in conjunction with Pasco County Schools, has conducted various wellness activities throughout the 2014-2015 school year as part of a USDA Team Nutrition Grant. In an effort to improve service delivery for future grant projects, we would like to invite your participation in a brief survey.
